Etsu Sakura Gin & Tonic

A delicate floral harmony, a tribute to the cherry blossom.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Etsu Sakura
  • 120 ml botanical or floral tonic
  • Sakura flower, dried flower or yuzu slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in Etsu Double Yuzu, La Yuzu liqueur and yuzu juice.
  3. Top up with cedar tonic or yuzu soda, then stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of yuzu or zest to enhance the citrus flavours.
