Double Yuzu
Etsu is an artisanal gin born from an ancestral recipe. It means “pleasure” in Japanese.
Made at the Akita distillery in the north of Honshū Island, Etsu Double Yuzu gin is distinguished by a long maceration of the traditional botanicals for 7 days before being distilled without the botanicals for more finesse and elegance. The use of water from the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan, brings purity and freshness.
Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice and angelica roots, coriander seeds and matcha tea blend beautifully in this gin with fresh, zesty notes.
A true ode to Japan, Etsu Double Yuzu is ideal for cocktails or with a tonic.

The presence of coriander seeds adds a touch of sweetness and a hint of minty freshness.
Juniper
Juniper is the queen botanical of gin. These berries provide a tangy, peppery flavour.
Liquorice
Liquorice root gives an aniseed and woody taste with a touch of bitterness.
Angelic
Angelica root offers characteristic bitter notes and warmth in the mouth.
Matcha
Matcha tea brings a subtle, particularly herbal flavour, as well as a slight bitterness and sweetness.

[ Ingredients ]
- Etsu Double Yuzu | 5 cl
- Mediterranean Tonic | 10 cl
- Lemon Zest | 1
[ Preparation ]
- Pour the gin into a balloon, highball or old-fashioned glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add the tonic, stir and add the lemon peel.

- Etsu Double Yuzu| 6 cl
- Lemon Juice | 3 cl
- Rosemary Syrup | 2 cl
- Sparkling water
- Sprig of rosemary
[ Preparation ]
- In a shaker, add all the ingredients except the sparkling water and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water and a sprig of rosemary.
