- Etsu Pacific Ocean Water | 6 cl
- Dry Vermouth | 1,5 cl
- Oyster Leaves | 2
- Absinthe Dash | 2
- In a mixing glass, gently crush the oyster leaves to express them.
- Add the ingredients, fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir vigorously.
- Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass and squeeze out the juice of a lime.
