Tomato Smash

This cocktail is a true tribute to the sea, with a base of Japanese gin and Pacific Ocean water, giving it salty, iodized notes. Served in a kintsugi glass, Tomato Smash is an invitation to travel to the land of the rising sun, for a moment of relaxation and memorable tasting.


  • Etsu Pacific Ocean Water | 45 ml
  • Tomato Liqueur | 15 ml
  • Lemon Juice | 22,5 ml
  • Simple syrup | 10 ml


  • Old fashioned glass.


  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into the coupe glass.
