Etsu Double Yuzu: Distilled at the Akita distillery on the island of Honshū, Etsu Double Yuzu is distinguished by a long 7-day maceration of traditional botanicals and the use of pure Ōu mountain water. Japanese yuzu contributes zesty, fresh notes, complemented by coriander, juniper, liquorice, angelica and matcha tea, offering a subtle, herbal flavour.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water: Distilled at the Asahikawa distillery on the island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water uses water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean, giving it unique saline and iodine nuances.
