After 22 hours of maceration, juniper berries, liquorice, angelica, coriander, Japanese yuzu and bitter orange peel combine harmoniously to create a fresh, round gin.
Etsu Double Yuzu : Distilled at the Akita distillery on the island of Honshū, Etsu Double Yuzu is distinguished by a long 7-day maceration of traditional botanicals and the use of pure Ōu mountain water. Japanese yuzu contributes zesty, fresh notes, complemented by coriander, juniper, liquorice, angelica and matcha tea, offering a subtle, herbal flavour.

JUNIPER
Juniper is the queen botanical of gin. These berries provide a tangy, peppery flavour.
LIQUORICE
Liquorice root gives an aniseed and woody taste with a touch of bitterness.
