Etsu is a handcrafted gin born from an ancestral recipe and means “pleasure” in Japanese.
Made at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water gin is distinguished by the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean during the distillation process. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with botanicals after 22 hours of maceration.
The iodised flavour of this exceptional gin highlights the botanicals, including Japanese yuzu and bitter orange.
A true ode to Japan, Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is ideal for adding a touch of originality to your cocktails or to enjoy with a tonic.

The pre-dried japanese yuzu peel creates zesty and fresh notes.

ORANGE bitter
Green orange bitter peel delivers body and a citrus-based flavour profile.

CORIANDER
The presence of coriander seeds adds a touch of sweetness and a hint of minty freshness.

Juniper
Juniper is the queen botanical of gin. These berries provide a tangy, peppery flavour.

LIQUORICE
Liquorice root gives an aniseed and woody taste with a touch of bitterness.
