Golden Yuzu Highball

A highball bursting with freshness, guided by the intensity of yuzu.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Etsu Double Yuzu
  • 10 ml La Yuzu liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh yuzu juice or 10mL lemon juice + 5mL orange juice
  • 80 ml cedar tonic or yuzu soda
  • Citrus peels

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in Etsu Double Yuzu, La Yuzu liqueur and yuzu juice.
  3. Top up with cedar tonic or yuzu soda, then stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of yuzu or zest to enhance the citrus flavours.
